The Wilmington Police Department, Crime Scene Investigations Unit is hosting the 2012 Training Conference of the NORTH CAROLINA INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR IDENTIFICATION. The conference will be held this spring at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside at 301 North Water Street, Tuesday, March 20 through Thursday, March 22nd. The banquet will be a dinner cruise aboard the Henrietta Riverboat on Wednesday the 21st.
