Training Room Guidelines 

1) No bottled water shall be brought into the Mist Lake Facility. 

2) Access to the building is through the main lobby doors. Main lobby doors open at 8 am. Visitors must make arrangements to access the building earlier than 8 am. 

3) All visitors should sign in at the front entrance. 

4) The entire Mist Lake Facility campus is a non-smoking campus. No smoking is allowed onsite. 

5) The exterior doors to the Training Room are to remain closed at all times and should not be propped open. Propping open the doors strains the building’s HVAC system. 

6) As this is a secure facility, if someone exits the Training Room through an exit door, they should use the main lobby entrance to re-enter the building. 

7) The applicant reserving the room is required to take with them any materials they brought in with them, such as training manuals, copies, books, etc. 

8) Please dispose of all trash before you leave. 

9) Please vacate the Training Room within one hour of your scheduled end time.
